Contact Form: I’m committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. When you use my contact form you'll be asked for your name and e-mail address. This information is sent to my e-mail inbox so that I can answer any question or query you may have and I will only ever contact you to answer any questions or queries you may have. I will never contact you or save these details for anything else.

 

Online Shop: When purchasing products through my online shops, firstly thank you very much(!) and secondly to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy or Folksy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order print for example), if you contact me directly.

 

Paypal: In addition to payment methods taken through my online shop, I also offer PayPal as a payment option at craft fairs and selling events. If you have provided me with your email requesting that I notify you of new products, special offers, news, events and updates from Ruth Thorp Studio in the form of a newsletter that is all that you will receive from me. Your email will not be used for any other purpose or passed to any third party.  

 

Your data will NEVER be shared. We do not under any circumstance pass your data to any third party.

 

Should at anytime you wish to remove your Email from my list or cease receiving updates, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the foot of any information email you receive. Alternatively email me at ruth@ruththorpstudio.co.uk stating ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line or in the email.

 

Product Sales:

 

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
